Product Presentation

The products offered on the site are replacement products which do not bear the original brands. The characteristics and the photographs of the products offered on Globale-Batterie are provided by manufacturers. They are not contractual and Globale-Batterie will not be held responsible for any errors or misrepresentations.

We, however, do strive to provide an error-free website, that all contents are 100% accurate, complete and updated.

Price

The prices are quoted in euros including all taxes, except delivery costs. The delivery costs are shown on the Delivery session. Globale-Batterie reserves the right to modify the prices from time to time. Ordered products will be billed at the presented prices at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to correct errors in prices as they are discovered, revoke any stated offers and otherwise correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. The right extends to orders that have already been submitted and accepted by our website.

Offer of Products

The products are available for sale while stock lasts. In case that an ordered product becomes unavailable, the customer will be informed as soon as possible by e-mail.

Order

An order is confirmed once the button "CONFIRM ORDER" is clicked, and the customer then accepts implicitly the process of order and the present general conditions of use.

The Globale-Batterie might need additional verification or information before processing an order. We shall confirm the order by e-mail. This confirmation will contain all the details of the order. The data recorded by the Globale-Batterie presents the proof of the order nature, contents and date.

We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time after receipt of your order. If you are charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your account for the amount debited (transaction cost would be incurred under certain circumstances) .

Verification of Transaction

For security reasons, Globale-Batterie may need additional information before processing the transactions settled by check or credit card. The customer will be requested to provide justification documents (regarding the identity of the bearer, billing address and delivery address etc.) order validation. Globale-Batterie reserves the right to cancel the order if justification is not received or is not conformed to requirements.

Delivery

The ordered goods will be delivered by La Poste upon payment settlement. The receipt of delivery or parcel number can be provided upon request. This reference confirms and proves the good faith and the fact that we have done the necessary for you to receive the order as soon as possible. We cannot naturally be held responsible for any eventual delay or fault made by the transporter. They cannot then be constituted as a ground for order cancellation.

The risks related to transport are borne by the purchaser who, in the event of damage and/or of missing material discovered at the time of receipt, should start the procedures for damage claims with the transport company and inform the customer service department of Globale-Batterie within 24h by e-mail. We will, however, endeavor to solve any problem incurred.

The client must ensure the completeness and accuracy of the order related information. Globale-Batterie cannot be responsible for any input errors which might lead to a delay or wrong delivery. In this case, all the cost of redelivery incurred will be at the charge of the customer himself.

Given that customers from all places would place orders at the same time, our stock level will change correspondingly from time to time. Hence, we have to check the stock level before arranging goods delivery. When any product item is out of stock, we have to arrange refund even though order and payment have been received. Customers' understanding of the practical constraint is highly appreciated.

Accuracy of information provided

Customers must check all the order details and provide correct information so that we can deliver the order as quickly as possible without error. If an order cannot reach a destination due to a wrong address, or if the client is mistaken on his order, he will be billed for the redelivery fee.

Cause beyond control

Globale-Batterie will in no case be responsible for any failure to fulfill its contractual obligations due to causes beyond control including but not limited to the following events : internal or external strikes related to the transporter or all other public or private services , catastrophes, delay of our supply and any event which makes normal order execution impossible.

Satisfied or Refunded

A customer has 7 clear days to return a product (if the 7th day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday or non-working day, the expiry date is postponed to the next working day) starting from the date of delivery, shipping fee at his own charge. Products must be returned in a new and clean state for resale. Articles which are damaged, incomplete or of which the original package is impaired or missing, will not be refunded or exchanged.

The customer will be refunded the product price or offered with a credit note of the same amount, within 30 days from the date of return of the product(s) to the address of Globale-Batterie .

Remark:
Products which are impossible to be used totally or partially, notably because of the incompatibility of the material, does not give place to any compensation, refund, or blame as the responsibility of Globale-Batterie . The client remains the only judge of the compatibility with the products which he already possesses. Nevertheless, a credit note of the price of the product will be offered to the client for an exchange of product.

Delay or fault caused by the transporter cannot be constituted as a ground for order cancellation.

Intellectual Property

All copyrights concerning the site and its presented content are owned by Globale-Batterie. Their reproduction, even partial is strictly prohibited without the formal agreement of the Globale-Batterie. All other trademarks appearing on the site are the property of their respective owners.

Privacy Protection
